From time to time, Fraser James will collect personal information from you to contact you regarding the services you are receiving or to provide you with services. It may also be used to keep you informed about changes to our range of products and services including offers and special events. If you choose to receive (opt in) marketing information or updates from us, you can opt out of receiving this from us at any time by choosing “unsubscribe”.  This option is included at the bottom of all marketing related communications.

We will never sell your information to Third Parties.

We aim to ensure the information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date.  If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete in any way, please contact us and provide details regarding the corrected data.  

Accessing Your Information

If you wish to access the personal information we hold about you, please contact us via email at enquiries@fraserjames.com.au, clearly identify yourself and why you require access to your information. Fraser James will always confirm your identity to our satisfaction prior to providing any personal information.  Once your identity is confirmed, we will facilitate access to the information by discussing how you would like to receive it and agreeing what manner would be most appropriate.  You may ask us to correct any information we have to your satisfaction.

Data Security

The security of your personal information is important to us.  Your personal information is held in a password protected customer database. All customer information is stored in Australia. You may, from time to time, receive information from us via Third Party providers including, but not limited to, email services and social media marketing platforms.  For this purpose, your data will only be added to Third Party databases that offer confidential, password protected and encrypted data management. These databases may be housed in Australia or overseas, however our preference is to always use Third Party suppliers that offer the local storage of data.

Cookies

When you visit our website, details may be recorded about your visit, such as time and date, server address, pages accessed, time spent and type of browser.  This information is used in an anonymous form for statistical purposes and as such cannot identify you individually. We may use cookies to identify your browser so that next time you visit our website we remember your log in details.  A cookie is a small file which remains on your computer and contains information enabling Fraser James’ website to recognise your browser.  If you do not wish to permit the use of cookies, you can adjust the settings on your browser to reject cookies or notify you when they are being used.

Fraser James’ website may include links to external third-party websites.  External websites should contain their own privacy statements and we recommend you review them when using these.  Please note that third party websites are not covered by our Policy and these websites are not subject to our privacy standards and procedures.

As provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access your data; to correct or rectify your data; to delete your data subject to applicable law; to have your data processed only in accordance with applicable law; to have copies of your data to be moved to another controller; to object to our processing your data otherwise than in accordance with the law; and to withdraw any consent to our processing your data at any time.
